PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST AND STANDARDS

    1. Running 5 KMS in 24 mins for male

       And 1.6 KMS in 8 and half mins for female candidates

    2. Height : 162.5 cms for male of North Eastern States

        and 152.5 cmc for Female of North Eastern States

    3. Weight : in proportion to the height

    4. Chest : For male only 77 cms (un-expanded) and 5 cms of expansion for North Eastern States
