Tips for appearing and clearing this Examination:
One and foremost important thing before applying for both the above posts are the eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement, as a mere similarity or slightly difference in the qualification or age limitation will makes you rejected before listing for qualifying examination. In case of NCC certificate “C” holders, you should not have any of the bad remarks, as that’s more important than anything else. For flying branch, the number candidates who fulfills the required qualification is of reasonable numbers only, hence chances are very high for those who are having the said criteria. So after having all the required documents readied only, you can apply for the above posts.
As you are aware about the defence recruitment BOARD, defence is Defence which is to maintain physically fit, mentally prepared and all should have a strong leadership quality. Everyone should be mentally prepared for all the above points and be ready for joining to a league of extraordinary gentlemen. So after clearing the written or pre-qualifying test, the five (5) days SSB (Services Selection Board) Interview plus Medical fitness Test of India Airforce will observe all the above characters before giving the final list.
As the selection procedure is not more on the weightage of Academic but more on the quality of the candidate, you should be clearly aware about the present day happenings with the updates from Newspapers and Magazines. And also be prepared for all the items or task to be done during SSB Interview days by going through some books which detailed thoroughly in prior.
Otherwise, the job profile and prospects are highly commendable in comparision with any of the civilian Central or State Government Job.
