41st ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR SUB-OFFICERS COURSE IN NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE COLLEGE, NAGPUR

SUB-OFFICERS COURSE IN NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE COLLEGE, NAGPUR

Entrance Examination Centers are Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Nagpur.(may include other centres as per the notification).

Place of Training : Apart from its campus at Nagpur, the candidates may be allotted to its RTC (Regional Training Centres) in Guwahati, Ahamedabad, Delhi and Kolkata

Age : 18 to 25 years ( Relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 Years for OBC Candidates).

Duration of Course is 33 weeks only.

Qualification : Graduate from any of the Government Recognized University OR Diploma in Engineering from any of the AICTE approved Colleges or University.

Physical Standard require :-

(A) FOR MALE MINIMUM
Height : 165 cms. (Relaxable by 5 cms in the case of Garhwalls, Assamese, Gorkha and member of the Schedule tribes).
Chest : 81 cms. in unexpanded and 86 cms. in expanded (Fully expanded with minimum of 5 cms. Expansion)
Weight : min. 50 kgs.

(B) FOR FEMALE MINIMUM
Height : 157 cms. (Relaxable by 2.5 cms in the case of Garhwalls, Assamese, Gorkha and
member of the Scheduled tribes).
Chest : There shall be no minimum requirement of chest.
Weight : 46 kgs.

MEDICAL STANDARD:-
a) Visual : Better eye - 6/6 (Eligible vision - 6/6 only ) Worse eye - 6/12
b) Colour Vision :- No colour blindness.
c) The candidate must not have knock-nee, flat feet, squint eyes and stammering. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect.

Admission fee and other fees :

1.      Tuition fee is Rs. 6000/-

2.      Room Rent is Rs. 8250/-

3.      Refundable caution money is Rs. 200/-

4.      Total Fee is  Rs. 14450/- only.
